The hotel faces a wonderful beach. There were several places nearby to purchase shakes. The massage place on the beach was relaxing. Several good restaurants were situated near the hotel. The hotel offers good service. Staff members were attentive at the pool and readily offered towels, so NICE.

Breakfast quality and variety were good. I did not get sick of it even after eating there every day. Food is delicious. The hotel prepared a breakfast box for early departures to the airport.

the hotel is situated perfectly, a brief walk gets you to the centre. it is right on the beach. there is close proximity to local shops, cafes, and restaurants in laguna area.

the outdoor pool was perfect, i found it great. the hotel includes green areas that are very well maintained. i appreciate the availability of the massage services that are offered outside.

the staff were excellent. they seemed always willing to help. they greeted us with a warm welcome. they promptly addressed a mix-up with food labels, resolving it within seconds.

the room cleanliness was good. i had a two-bedroom villa and it was spacious. the breakfast was also decent (though i wished there were more local options). direct access to the beach was a plus.
the hotel felt a bit dated. the room i initially got had a slight musty smell. i also found the food and drinks to be quite overpriced for what they were. (the poolside food wasn't always hot)
